    1. Fill infuser basket or paper filter with 1 teaspoon of tea
    2. 205°F - 212°F Water temp. - Use 8 oz. of water
    3. Place filter in cup and add heated water
    4. Steep for 5-7 minutes

My Favorite Chai!

I love a good chai, especially a caffeine free one. Saigon Cinnamon Spice is perfect in this regard! I love snuggling up with a hot cup of this cinnamon, spicy wonder. It's great alone or with some coconut milk and a touch of honey or maple syrup. Yum, yum!
