What is not mentioned in description is that peppermint is a natural way to reduce stress and anxiety, helps with digestion and nausea as well as helping you focus.
I give this to my son when he’s got a cold, breathing in helps open airways and with a little honey good for sore throat. He also has ADHD and high anxiety and I have found that it does help calm him when stressed and anxious and focus more. It’s subtle but I do notice a small difference.
As for my self when I’m road tripping I drink this instead of coffee and helps keep me awake and my motion sickness/nausea away. Natural pick me up instead of coffee. Love peppermint tea.
