Elderberries and tea

I have not yet made it, but plan to make syrup with my elderberries. The teas in my sampler were all delicious, the black and all 3 of the greens.

Elderberry Syrup

I used the Elderberries to make a syrup, now I use a tablespoon or two in some drinks I mix. One drink is 1 part of gin, 2-3 parts of Orange Juice, and 2 Tblsp. of Elderberry syrup! so yummy!
Planning on using it in flavoring my oatmeal in the morning!
