A soothing lemon balm infusion with warming spice and bright winter citrus.
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm
Hot water heated to 180°F
Fresh Cara Cara orange slices
1 Saigon cinnamon stick
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Heat water to 180°F (just below boiling).
Add lemon balm to a teapot or mug.
Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
Strain, then add fresh Cara Cara orange slices, one cinnamon stick, and a sprig of rosemary.
Sip slowly while warm, allowing the aromatics to open and soften.
Lemon Balm
Traditionally used to calm the nervous system, lemon balm supports immune balance by helping the body rest, regulate stress, and restore during the winter months.
Cara Cara Orange
Bright and gently sweet, fresh citrus adds natural vitamin C and uplifting aromatics that support seasonal wellness and sensory enjoyment.
Saigon Cinnamon
A warming spice traditionally used to support circulation and digestion, cinnamon brings comforting heat and depth — especially helpful during cold weather.
Fresh Rosemary
Aromatic and grounding, rosemary is traditionally associated with clarity and respiratory support, adding a fresh, invigorating note to this winter infusion.
This tea is especially lovely in the evening to unwind, on cold mornings that call for warmth, or anytime your body feels run down and needs gentle support rather than stimulation.
Slow sips. Warm hands. A moment to settle.
