  • Discover the elegance of Jade Oolong tea. Hand-harvested in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, in spring 2025, this lightly oxidized,certified organic Jade Oolong is characterized as light, gently sweet, and floral.
    Multiple infusions — enjoy 6–8 steeps from the same leaves
    Freshly steeped oolong contains five times the amount of polyphenols as ready-to-drink tea.

    Certified Organic Jade Oolong
    1. Fill an infuser basket or paper filter with 1 heaping teaspoon of tea
    2. Water Temp: 185–195°F (85–90°C), just below boiling
    3. Place the filter in the cup and add heated water
    4. Rinse: Quickly rinse with hot water to awaken the leaves
    5. Infusions: 1st: 20–30 seconds 2nd: 25–35 seconds 3rd: 30–40 seconds Add 10–15 seconds for each infusion Total: 6–8 infusions, flavor evolves from floral & buttery to sweet & lingering
