Early one morning in the quaint and colorful town of Taormina Italy, my Aunt and I happened upon a little cafe. In search of coffee and sluggish from jet-lag, we quickly ordered the most invigorating granita style coffee with a crisp almond biscotti garnish. Almond Orange Biscotti was inspired by this happy memory. The sweet almond notes and bright orange will remind you of fresh-baked toasty biscotti. Try it with a dash of milk and a splash of amaretto liqueur.
