Fill an infuser basket or paper filter with 1 heaping teaspoon of tea
Water Temp: 185–195°F (85–90°C), just below boiling
Place the filter in the cup and add heated water
Rinse: Quickly rinse with hot water to awaken the leaves
Infusions: 1st: 20–30 seconds 2nd: 25–35 seconds 3rd: 30–40 seconds Add 10–15 seconds for each infusion Total: 6–8 infusions, flavor evolves from floral & buttery to sweet & lingering
