The art of creating this stunning organic scented tea is a tradition that dates back to the Ming dynasty. Fresh jasmine flower buds are picked at mid-day when the buds are closed. The buds are then layered with the green tea in cool warehouses. As the buds cool they begin to blossom, delicately scenting the sweet green tea leaves. The scenting and layering process is repeated several times based on the jasmine tea type and grade.
